Q: Do I have to contact the church?
A: No we contact the Church for you the priest will take your phone or contact details and in turn the priest will contact you regarding readings etc,.
Q: Do we have to pay for the funeral straight away?
A: No, the funeral account will not be sent out until 3 weeks after the funeral and payment can be made any time after that. If you find that you can not make payment in one lump sum we are more then happy to talk with you about a payment plan
Q: If the remains is in the Funeral home Do we have to pay / Can we save money if we leave the person in the hospital or Nursing home?
A: There is no charge for the use of the funeral home for any length of time. Like the funeral home there is no charge to remain in the Hospital /Nursing Home (But do keep in mind that some Hospitals / Nursing Homes may not be able to provide the room you might need).
Q: Can we have a funeral without the church being involved?
A: Yes. You can have any type of funeral you wish .There is no obligation to have a service of any kind.
Q: Are the family required to attend the funeral home?
A: If the family do not want to , they do not have to attend.
Q: Can we have the remains back to the house?
A: Yes, typically the remains can be brought back to a house. We provide a trestle stand on which the coffin will be placed, in a room of your choice.
Q: Can I have my funeral paid for before I die?
A: This is possible. We can take your requirements and base the quotation on current prices. Please contact us for more information or to arrange an appointment to meet one of our funeral directors.
